Book Review: The Daniel Plan

A couple of years ago, my husband and I started our journey toward healthier living, including “clean eating” most of the time. However, we always get side-tracked and would lose momentum because we didn’t have a plan in place. When I heard about this book, I knew it was something we had to try!

The Daniel Plan offers a great deal of nutritional information in easy to understand language, and it brings everything back to the Bible and being healthy as a whole person, not just in the realm of eating. So often we only focus on dieting to lose weight and don’t realize that we are unhealthy in other areas as well. It’s time for a change!

I absolutely love it so far and can’t wait to fully implement the plan! I definitely see it as more of a lifestyle change and not just a 40 day plan. I can’t wait to buy the cookbook – it will make it even easier to live a healthy life!
