Well, camping was fabulous! We had a great weekend up in the Eastern Sierra’s, north of Bishop…it was beautiful, relaxing, and enlightening…my favorite part was probably the exploration of dirt roads in Mindi’s truck…getting stuck in the ditch…and digging ourselves out three hours later… That was amazing. We returned to Glendora and found clouds awaiting us–this is an exciting thing for me! Remember, “it never rains in Southern California!”–and we had about 24 hours of amazing thunder, lightning and RAIN. I LOVE RAIN! 🙂
In other news, I have a job interview tomorrow…completely unexpected and unsolicited–nevertheless, the Lord works in mysterious ways, and I am going to do my best to seek His will in this situation.
More traveling next weekend–this time I’m going home. I will get to see my (hopefully award-winning) photography in the county fair, go fishing with my Grandpa, and see my best-friend get married. It will be good times in NorCal.
