The new NASCAR season is right around the corner! I know you are all just as excited as I am 🙂

There was a great article about my driver, Casey Mears, today…he is on an excellent team this year, with many “superstar” drivers…and I am very excited!

It’s going to be a great season!

 

Woo hoo! Casey just won his first Nextel Cup race!! 🙂 YAY!! It was a close call–and he almost ran out of gas…but he made it! Congrats!

With big-time racers like these, you take what you can get as far as pictures are concerned. I’m not a Tony Stewart fan at all, so I don’t mind that the picture isn’t good. But the one with Casey is good!! 🙂 Yay for Casey Mears!

A few more pictures from the night…Casey was #43 tonight, so the scoreboard picture was taken because he was leading the race…pretty cool. 🙂

Because my brother is AWESOME, there is a 99% chance that I will be meeting Casey Mears on Thursday night…and I am SOOOOO excited!! 🙂 He is awesome…and, though I already have an autograph, I need my picture taken with him…so excited!

Well, it looks like Casey won’t be returning to the 42 car next year, but will be moving to a team that will be more challenging and hopefully more successful.

To me, it doesn’t matter which team he races for–as long as he is still racing! 🙂

This is what happens when you mess with my driver 😉 Well, not just my driver, but any NASCAR driver. 🙂

Note the changes in the sidebar. Casey had a good race today–went from 30-something to 9th. Great race! 🙂

Also, I was told on Friday that I have officially been hired as a permanent employee of ADP! 🙂 It will be effective April 17th, and comes with quite the raise. I am SO happy!

PS–is it weird that I’m actually really excited to go to work? 🙂

Apparently, NASCAR officials decided that my driver, Casey Mears, actually finished 2nd, not 3rd! I knew it was close, and they had unofficially said that he was 3rd. Yay!

My driver, Casey Mears, had an AMAZING race today–and he finished third. I am so excited for this NASCAR season! 🙂 It’s so great to watch NASCAR with someone who appreciates it as much as I do. Thanks, Rusty!
