Tori’s Bucket List

  • She went to fifteen states (PA, CA, MD, NY, NJ, FL, OH, AZ, DE, CT, RI, MA, ME, NH, and VT)
  • She flew on an airplane 22 times!

Experiences that we didn’t have the opportunity to complete:

  • Go Fishing
  • Build a fort in the living room
  • Go down a slide and swing on a swing
  • Lay in the grass and look at clouds
  • Sit in a Police Car and Meet a K-9
  • Daddy/Daughter Date (with mommy there to help/photograph)
  • Go to a drive-in movie
  • Camp in the backyard in a tent
  • Get a passport
  • Celebrate her second birthday at the Hunter’s Hope Family Symposium

Most important of all:

  • Implement “Hannah’s Law” in Pennsylvania  (progress posts here): Completed 05.24.21
  • Help get Krabbe added to the Newborn Screenings in every state

  1. Lesa – I pray so often for you and your family. Thank you for the beautiful (and often heart-wrenching) posts. Tori has many fans at APU – hoping when you work on your October bucket list visit that you’ll keep us posted in the Libraries. Liz

  2. Lesa and Brennan,
I’ve been following this blog and your family’s story since I’ve heard about it. Tori and you guys are in our prayers and once our food truck is running, Guerrilla Canteen would love to help you guys any way that we can. Think about what you need and let us know. Maybe we can finance some of your bucket list adventures. We’re all pulling for you.

  3. Have you considered Niagra Falls as a bucket list item? Pet a goat? Ride on a horse with mommy or daddy? How about visit Catalina island (since you’ll already be out to visit APU)? Whale watching is also fun and an easy couple of hours on a boat. Maybe she could join a Relay for Life team. That would be a good way to bring awareness with a large group of people who are already inclined to be activists for medical research and fundraising.

  4. In memory of Tori, I want to do her bucket lost with my family!! Scott and I are discussing details now… 💖

  5. Wow! As I read your bucket list, I couldn’t help thinking you guys did more with Tori in the very short time you had with her than any other parents with their children throughout their lives. God bless you.
